How it works in our Salt Cave

First, you need to create an account in the RESERVIO booking system. You will receive access via a confirmation email, and then all you have to do is select a time slot and follow the instructions below.

For a session with children, you must request a children's session in advance by email. Children can only be registered for sessions labeled CAVES WITH CHILDREN. The agreed session is not subject to free cancellation 6 hours in advance.

Children are not entitled to a lounger and are not counted in the total number of places when booking.

We always go to the reception 50 minutes before the reserved time, where we walk without shoes, so please bring a spare pair of light-colored socks, which we also have available for purchase.

We start at noon, at which time you will be checked in at the reception desk and taken to the relaxation rooms. Arrival at the reception desk after this time is not possible for adults due to the disturbance of others who arrived on time.

The end of relaxation is announced by the lights coming on, at which point we prepare to leave.

Before leaving the cave, we clean our socks on the inner mat and collect our belongings, putting our shoes on the mat by the stairs or staircase, not on the wooden floor, and make room for other visitors.

If you need to deal with vouchers or other matters, you must leave the reception area and return after the new clients have been checked in (approximately 5 minutes after the hour).

The entire cave can be reserved by e-mail by arrangement, outside of busy times.

Important

We take off and put on our shoes exclusively on the mat under the stairs or on the stairs. We do not accept credit cards. You may only enter the cave with handkerchiefs. Mobile phones and all personal belongings must be left in lockers. During relaxation, we do not speak, even in whispers. The end is announced by the lights coming on, at which point we leave. After the session, we do not linger at the reception desk and vacate our places for new arrivals.

During children's hours

During therapy, you can come to the reception from the cave at any time during the hour, but each time you must clean the salt off your feet and the tops of your socks on the white mat inside.

Toys are available under the fountain, and the light intensity can be adjusted on request.

Eating and drinking is only allowed at the reception desk at any time until the end of the relaxation period (up to 45 minutes). It is necessary to clean the children of salt while still inside the cave (we do not clean salt at the reception desk) and then we only change clothes and vacate the space for other clients.

Reservation rules

Only persons requiring deck chairs (adults, schoolchildren) are counted in the reserved places. Children are not entitled to a deck chair. We write the approximate number in the notes (children play on the floor in salt, toys available).

Adults may bring children over the age of 10 (schoolchildren) to the session if they are able to remain calm and quiet on a deck chair.

Cave with children: Open to noise, registration is possible even without your own child (the session will take place with at least 2 adults participating).

Reservations are confirmed by email.

Cave for adults: For adults only (the session will take place even if only one person participates)

Cancellation and payment

Cancellation policy: You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 6 hours in advance.

Payment in cash and by Multisport card.
